Through detailed discussion, photo analysis, and visual examination, we can provide a preliminary diagnosis and create a personalised treatment plan tailored to your needs—all from the comfort of your home.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment & Cancellation Policy At NBP Clinic, we value your time and strive to provide the best care to every client. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability, we have the following policy in place regarding appointments and cancellations: Booking Appointments All appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system, by phone, or in person. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email or message with the appointment details. Arrival Time Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or the need to reschedule. Cancellations & Missed Appointments We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of any appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another client in need. Less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a missed appointment fee of £35 or the loss of your deposit (if applicable). Clients with repeated no-shows or late cancellations may be asked to prepay for future services. Emergency Situations We understand that emergencies can happen. If you have a genuine reason for missing your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss. We may waive the fee at our discretion.
